1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • After the delivery date, all return requests must be made within 14 days.
  • The goods must be undamaged, unopened, and in their original packaging. 
  • Proof of purchase must be required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or Opened products.
  • Personalized items or customized .
  • Purchased Items on clearance or final sale.

3. Return Process:

  • Contact our customer service team.
  • Give the reason for the return, your order number, and any supporting documentation.
  • Our staff will review your request and send you instructions on how to return the item.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • Unless there was a mistake on our end (for example, the product was damaged or the incorrect item was received), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • We suggest using a trackable delivery provider and purchasing shipment insurance.

5. Inspection and Processing:

  • After your return is examined, you will receive an exchange or store credit within seven to ten business days if it is approved.
