Hat Shop – Shipping Policy (USA Only)

1. Shipping Areas:

  • We currently only ship within the United States, which includes Alaska and Hawaii.

2. Processing Time:

  • Every order is completed in a single business day. Weekends and holiday time are not used for transaction processing or shipping.

3. Delivery Times:

  • 0-2 business days.

4. Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping Charges is Flat £2.57.

5. Order Tracking:

  • You will receive an email with a tracking number and shipping confirmation as soon as the item ships. You can use the tracking number to follow your order on the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible if a customer gives us the incorrect address for their order.

7. Delays:

  • Estimated delivery times are not assured. Delays may be caused by holidays, inclement weather, and other unanticipated events. We will not be held accountable for the shipping company’s delays.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages:

  • If your package arrives damaged, please get in touch with us immediately and provide your order number and images of the damaged item. Please get in touch with us if your package is missing so we can help you submit a claim to the shipping company.

9. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:

  • We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

10. Changes to the Shipping Policy:

  • We reserve the right to modify our shipping policies at any time. Any updates will be reflected on this page. Be in the correct position.
